40 East, lying West of t~e South 300 feet of Govern-
ment Lot 3, Section 3, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
which property Seller materially represents is
bordered on the East by the mean high water mark
of the Atlantic Ocean (less right of way of
record) and which right of way excepted
constitutes the right of way of that certain
highway known as AlA, and which subject property
bounded on the West includes all riparian and
lattoral rights and rights to the submerged land
lying within said description and such rights, if .
any, as the Seller or assigns may -have to extend
said prc~perty to any existing or future bulk
head line.
