PROMISSORY NOTE .

AFTER DATE, FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promise
to pay to the order of HENRI A. TASCA and BERTHA S. TASCA, his wife, ~
the principal sum of ~93, 730. 00, payable in the following installments and
at the following times; to-wit: $18; 744. 00 one year after the~date hereof, and
a like sum of ~18, 744. 00 on the corresponding day of each year thereafter up to
~ and including a day which is five (5) years after the date of delivery hereof;
together with interest on the amount of this note, figured always on the diminish-
~ ing and unpaid principal balances, from time to time, computed from and after
the date hereof at the rate of b 1/4% per cent interest payable annually from
~ and after the date of delivery hereof. The principal and interest shall be
~ ~ payable at 5713 Bamboo Circle, The Woodlands, Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
~ or at such other place or places as the payee or holder of this note may de-
~ signate in writing from time to time. *delivery date which is ~lay 18, 1970._

~ Failure of the Buyer or any other person, now or hereafter liable ~
~ for the payment of the within note, to pay any installment of principal and ~
~ interest as and when they become due with such failure continuing uncured
~ for thirty (30) days, will confer upon the payee or the holder of this note, -
~3 then or thereafter while such failure continues uncured, the privilege of
accelerating and calling due the entire unpaid balance of principal and
~ interest evidenced hereby, anything to the contrary in this note contained
