This is a Purchase Money Mortgage which is
a"wrap-around" mortgage, and pursuant to
the contract of sale, the mortgagee agrees
to pay the existing mortgage with First
Federal of Fort Pierce, said mortgage being
recorded in O.R. Book 8, at Page 681, and
the mortgagee further agrees to pay the City :
of Fort Pierce Improvement Lien, recorded
