ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, JAMES W. PIOWATY
and St. Lucie County Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida as Trustees of
the WiLLIAri J. PIaWATY REVOCABLE TRUST, dated January 20, 1967,
parties of the first part, in consideration the sum of $10.00
and other valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of
VINCENT FORMICHELLA, party of the second part, the receipt where-
as is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign,
transfer and set over unto the said parties of the second part
that certain mortgage bearing date the 20th day of March 1963
made by WILLIAM D. WALTERS and SFiIRLEY M. WALTERS, his wife to
JOSEPH PEONI and BLANCHE PEONI his wife recorded in offical re-
cord book 59, pages 309 through 311, of Public Recards of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which first parties hold by assignment,

~ upon the following described partial of land situate and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
~,ot 2, Block 3, of Franklin Park, as per plat
thereof on file and plat book 6, at page 32, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note described in said mortgage and the
monies due and to become due thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the ~
second part, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns.
