holders of a certain mortgage deed executed by C. F. BRYAN
and MFADY M. BRYAN, his wife, and C. J. HUBBARD and FRANCES
B. HUBBARD, his wife, to LORILLA MAGUALENE BARKER, DO~YLE
BENTON TOMLIN, DOROTHY IRENE HALL, GRADY TOMLIN, TAI~MADGE
EUGENE TOMLIN, EDGAR TOMLIN, JR., VELVANELL TOMLIN and GRACIE
T. CHAPMAN, bearing date the 27th day of April, 1965, recorded
in Official Record S~k 117, pacte_~,ZZ, in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, securinq eight (8) certain notes in the principal
sum of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLIARS ($625.00) each, and
certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage
deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as follows, to-wit:
The real property more particularly described
in the above mentioned mortgage.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said notes
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel
the same of record.
