EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, inade and executed the i 9 day of
May, 1970, between ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Executor of the
estate of Ruth R. Foote, deceased, hereinafter called party of the
first part and LEROY W. ESTEN and JUANITA DUDLEY ESTEN, His

WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part on the 12th day of
May, 1970 by Peririon applied to the County Judge for St. Lucie County
Florida, for leave to convey the hezeinafter described property unto
said parties of the second part, averring it to be the best interests F
of the estate of said decedent and pursuant to the will of said decedent
and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayers in said
Petition having appeared to and found by said Judge to be reasonable
and just and said Petirion true and this conveyance to be in the best
interests of the state of said decedent said Judge did render his Order
dated the 12th day of May 1970 authorizing said party of the first part
i to convey the hereinafter described property unto said parties of the

Now Therefore, in considerarion of the premises and the sum ;
