way line of Indian River Drive (State Road 707) and
350 feet distance therefrom (measured on the Per-
pendicular) a distance of 137.08 feet to a point that
is 124.74 feet North of the South line of said Lot 2,
measured at right angles thereto; thence Easterly
parallel to the South line of said Lot 2 and 124, 74
feet distance therefrom (measured on the perpendic-
ular) to the shore of the Indian River; thence Southerly
meandering the shore of the said Indian River a dis-
tance of 137.08 feet more or less to the point and place
of beginning; _
It is intended to describe and convey that part of the
South 12~.74 feet of Government Lot 2, Section 32,
Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Luci~ County,
Florida, as per survey of J. W. Whitice, dated August
18, 1953, lying East of a line 350 feet West and parallel
to the W~st Line of State Road 707 (Indian River Drive).
'POGETHER with all riparian rights thereunto appertaining,
SUBJECT to the rights of way of Indian River Drive (SR707)
as it now exists. -
'POGETHER with all improvements thereon and 'POGETHER ~
with all furniture, furnishings and fixtures located in the
dwelling house situate upon the above described property.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto the said parties of the
; second part, and to their heirs, administratars and assigns, in fee

j And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to

~ and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about this con-
veyance the orders of said court and the laws of Florida have been fol-
