NINTH: The Mortgagor hereby waives all rights of homestead and exemption gronted by the Constitution and lows of
Florida. It is specificolly agreed thot time is of the essence in this tontrott ond ihat no wpiver by the Mortgogee of ony obligafion
hereunder or of the obligotion setured he~eby shall at ony time thereafter be held to be a waiver of the terms hereof or of the
obligotion secured hereby.
TENTH: Upon any sale, transfer or conveyance of Me propertr herein destribed ond covered by this mortgage to any
p~rson, firm or corporution, not previously approved in writing by fhe holder of this mortgoge, the Mortgegee or holder shall have
the right to auele?ate the maturity of this +nortgage os though it were due and payable on the dor of such transfer and to demand
poyment in full of the said mortgage amount or ony unpaid balante thereof, and to exercise all the rights and remedies herein or
by law rescrved to said Mortga9ee the same as in any event of defavlt hereunder~ anything in Me promiswry note setured
hereby or herein to the contrary nothwithstanding.
aEVENTH: If foreclosure proceedin9s of any second mortgage or second trust deed or ony junior lien of any kind should
be i~tituted, the Mortgogee moy, at its option immediately or thereafter declare this mortgage and the indebtedness secured
hereby due and payoble.
TWBFTH: Thot in the event the premises hereby mortgaged, or any port thereof, shall be tondemned and taken for public
use under the power of eminent domain, the Mortgagee shall hove the right to demand that all damages awarded for the taking
of o? damages to said premises shall be paid to the Mortgagee, up to fhe amount then unpoid on this mortgcge and the obligotion
secured herebr and moy be applied upcx~ the paymenh last payable under this mo~tgage and the obligotion secured hereby.
THIRTEENTH: Thot installments, payable under the terms hereof and the note secured hereby, not paid whe~ due, shall be

"late charge" in the amount of four per cent (4~) of the irutallment due upon each such deli~queot irutallment, and such "late

FOURTEENTH: Without impairing the obligatioru of Mortgagor tontained in parogrophs SKOND, THIRD and FOURTH
hereof, and for opplication to thc purposes thereof insofor as the same sholl be sufFicient, Mortgagor shail, in oddition to the
monthly poyments of principol and interest as stated in the origirwl note (and in the oote or notes secured he?eby) provided to be
made, poy a monthly sum and amount equal fo one-twelfth (1/12) of the estimated annuol taxes, assessmenh and i~uu~ance
premiums upon the reol estate security, as the amount fhereof is determined from time to time by the Mortgogee.
' HFTEENTH: That the Mortgagor shall fumish anrwally, at the request of the Mortgagee, Rnan:ial statements in form and
~ certified in a manner satisfactory to the Mortgagee. ;
