SATISFACTION OF MOR'PGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, JOHN W.
, DIX and LYLA G. DIX, his wife, and WILLIAM r. MITCHELL, as !

Executor Cum Testamento Annexo of the Estate of George A. Mitchell, ;
~ deceased, the owners and holders of a certain mortgage deed executed by
' LARRY L, McNER to JOHN W. DIX and LYLA G. DIX, his wife, and
MARSHALL O. MITCHELL, as Executor of the Estate of Geo~ge A. ;
Mitchell, deceased, bearing date the 21st day of April, A. D. 1964,
recorded in Official Records Book 87, page 55, in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,~ securing one
certain note in the principal sum of 'I~venty-three Thousand, Six Hundred
' Eighty-seven and 37/100 Dollars ($23, 687. 37), and certain promises and f
° obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in
said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
The Northwest ~arter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 38 East, less ;
~ the East 150 feet of the West 175 feet of the North
. 200 feet of that part of the East Half of the North- ;
west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter lying South of i
Orar~ge Avenue Extension, the excepted portion of the
said prope rty being that property conveyed to Joseph
4 B. Brewer, Jr, and Viola H. Brewer, his wife, by
f warranty deed dated August 1, 1956 and recorded in
~ Deed Book Z 17, page 69, of the public records of St.
; Lucie County, Florida;
~ hereby acknowledge full payment al d satisfaction of said note and mortgage
~ ~
~ deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk :

~ of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record. '
