AFFIDAVIT

Personally appeared before me the undersigned authority autho-
rized to administer oaths, P. CONGDON, who after being duly sworn
deposes and says as follows: _
1. T'hat he was personally acquainted with Ruth B. Rice, who
appears as one of the grantees in that certain deed recorded in O.R.
Book 167, Page 2801, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. That Rut?i B. Rice is the same person as Abigale Ruth Rice
who died November 15, 1968, and whoes death certificate is recorded in
o. R. Book 181, Page 2531, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, -

Florida. ~

3. That he knows of his own personal knowledge that Ruth ~
B. Rice, also known as Abigale Ruth Rice, was married to Carl V. Rice

at•the time that certain deed from Nobles Citrus,Inc., to Carl V. Rice !
and Ruth B. Rice, dated June 29, 1967, and recorded in O. R. Book 167,
Page 2801, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, was executed
~ and delivered; and that the Carl V. Rice and Ruth B. Rice, also known
: as Abigale Ruth Rice, were continually married to each other from that
