I. In the event any of the Interested Parties sells their
property upon the purchaser of the property assuming the obligations
under this agreement, the original Interested Party shall be re-
leased from any further obligations hereunder and no further
liability shall accrue to that party.
J. Each and every Interested Party covenants and agrees
to indemnify and save harmless any and all Interested Parties
against and from all ~xpenses, liabilities, obligations, damages,
penalties, claims, costs and expenses suffered or incurred as a
result of any breach by said Interssted Party, its agents,
contractors, servants or employees, of any covenant or condition
of this agreement. Each and every interested Party covenants and
agrees to indemnify and save harmless any and all Interested
Parties from suits, actions, damages, liability and expense in
connection with loss of life, bodily or personal injury or
property damage arising from or out of the negligence by the

Interested Party, its agents, contractors, servants or employees.
K. Each and every Interested Party agrees that this
agreement and the rights of the parties herein shall be subordinate
~ to any mortgage, deed of trust, ground or underlying lease, or any
~ method of financing or refinancing now or hereafter placed against

` any of the land affected by this a~greement, and to all renewals,
~

; modifications, replacements, consolidations and extensions thereof.

~ Upon request of any Interested Party, each and every Interested ;

~ Party agrees to execute and deliver any and all docwnents '
subordinating its rights under this agreement as afores aid.
All covenants, terms, provisions and conditions hereunder

~ shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto
~ and their respective heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
