Fort Pierce~ Florida, above the age of 21 years, who, being first

Deed from Robert E. Stone and Melvina H. Stone, his '
wife, recorded March 8, ~966 in Official Record_Book ~ ~
140 at page lOb~ at which time he acquire3 title to '
. the following describe3 property, to-wit: '
The South 10 feet of Lot 13 and all of Lot 11~ an3 ~

North 20 feet of Lot 15, Block 5~ ST. JAM~S PARK~ j
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 5, page 5g of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

2. That at the time he acquired title to said land he was =
an unmarried adult, and that during the time he has
owned said property he has not been married, and that
his status as a single man continues to this date.

3. That this Affidavit is made in connection with his '

execution of a Warranty Deed this date, conveying ~
above described land to Charles C. Calhoun and ~
Margaret M. Calhoun, his wife, and i.s for the purpose ~
of inducing Abstract and Title Corpoi•ation of Florida ~
to insure the fee simole title to said purchasers. ~
