GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS 1NDENTURE, made and executed the ~ day of q

1970, between E. ARTHUR HOWE, JR. , as guardian of the person and property
of ESTELLE DOLORES HOWE, party of the first part, and HARRY E. CROSSE'I"I'
and ARNAINA F. CROSSETT, his wife, whose post office address is: 128 - 1 st
Street, Riverside Village, Jensen Beach, Florida, parties of the secand part,
WITNESSETH: Whereas said party of the first part did on the .
day of /~r~A~/ , 1970, by Petition apply to the County Judge in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell certain real estate in said county,
hereinafter more particularly described, averring it is necessary and expedient
to sell the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the pra}?ers in
said Petition having appeared to, and found by said Judge to be reasonable and
j ust and said Petirion true, and the sale to the best interests o~ said ward, ESTELLE
DOLORES HOWE, said Court rendered its Order dated the /!y. day of

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
