THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me this day, and it appear-
ing from the Court file that service of process was duly and regularly
had upon the defendants, ERVIN DAWSON and VERA DAWSON, on the 4th day
of February, 1970, and that the defendants have failed to appear,
answer or othe~wise plead on the return date fixed in the summons;
~ and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
