MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 15th day of April, 1970, by and between
ETHEL P. KI~LITER, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee, and CHARLOTTE
THOMPSON, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagor, ;

WITNESSETH: ~
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of two certain mortgages
on real property in St, Lucie County, Florida, described as follows;
Lot 7, Block 1, Southern Pines Subdivision as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 68 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
which mortgages are described as follows:
(A) Mortgage securing promissory note in the face amount' of $2, 050. 00 {
dated October 27, 1964, made by Franklin A. Harris and Valerie V. Harris, ~
his wife, to Harris Construction Corporation as recorded in O. R. Book 102,

page 23, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
(B) Mortgage for $100.00 dated Oct. 27, 1964 from Franklin A.
Harris and Valerie V. Harris, his wife, to Harris Construction Cor- +

poration securing promissory note of that date in the amount of $100.00,
~ said mortgage being recorded in 0. R. Book 102, page 41, public records ~

I of St. Lucie County, Florida; and 2
~ WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder for value of the promissory

~ notes secured by the above described mortgages, which promissory notes with

~ interest to date hereof are in the amount of $ 2, 084. 21 , and which said

~ sum is now past due; and

~ WHEREAS, Mortgagee has and will expend in the way of recording fees ~

~ and other legal expense the sum of $45.00 in order to accommodate the mortgagor

~ as hereinafter expressed, which said sum Mortgagor agrees shall be added to

~ the indebtedness evidenced by said promissory notes and paid as hereinafter
