NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $1.00, to her in hand ~

paid, the mortgagee agrees that so long as the mortgagor makes all payments y
promptly when due on the first mortgage lien encumbering the herein described
real property held by First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce and makes continuous monthly payments to Mortgagee in the amount
of $ 25.00 per month, beginning May 15, 1970, with each payment being first
applied in reduction of interest at the rate of ? % per annum and thereafter
on the principal, until the whole sum due Mortgagee, with interest, is fully ;

paid, Mortgagee will refrain from initiating any action to foreclose the mortgage ;

liens by her held. ~

AND the said Mortgagor does, by these presents, agree to make the ~
monthly payments as hereinbefore provided promptly when due and to abide
by and fully perform each and every of the covenants and agreements in said
mortgage deeds dated October 27, 1964, as set forth. ~

AND the parties hereto respectively agree that except for the extension ~

of payment as hereinbefore set forth, all other terms and conditions of said ~

mortgage deeds shall remain in full force and effect.
