THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this~~~day of

porati existing under the laws of the State af Florida, hav- :
ing its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, 1
FIRST PARTY, to M. A. WALLY, whose post office address is ~ '

1657 West Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, SECOND PARTY:
(Hlherever used herein the terms "first party"
and ~~second party" shall include singular and
plural, heirs, le~al representatives, and as-
signs of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corporations, wherever the context
admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in
consiaeration of the siun of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations in hand paid by the said second party,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
first party has in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
That portion of that certain 100 foot wide parcel of
land being the first parcel of land described in Deed ~
dated March 31, 1941 and recorded in Deed Book 100, _s~
at page 274, of the public records of St. Lucie County,

tance of 164 feet, to a point 99 feet East of the center-
line of U. S. Highway #1; thence run South parallel with
the West line of said Lot 68 a distance of 150 feet,
thence run East 164 feet to the point of beginning.
By this Quit Claim Deed the City of Fort Pierce expressly
3 releases, waives and terminates, as to M. A. Wally, his
~ grantees or assignees, those covenants of restrictions, '
~ reserved drainage easement, limitations, conditions,
~ obliqations and reversion contained in that certain
~ Special Warranty Deed from the City of Fort Pierce to
~ M. A. Wally, dated May 26, 1964, and filed for record ~
~ in Official Record Book 90, at page 472, public records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida.
