The first monthly payment is shoxn to be due on or bePore the first day
of 1970 and the final psyment is shoxn to be due on or before the first
de~y of 2000, the Mortgagors and Mortga8ees are desirous of amending the
~cst payment due date to July l, 1970 and mmtending the Pina1 p~yment due
da.te to June 2000 at yrhich time the entire outatandi.ng r~aining p~incipal

EXcept as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions
and p~rovisions of the Note and Mortga8e dated February 25, 1970, shall remain

This agreement sha11 be binding upo~ a~d enure to the benef3t of the
parties hereto, their respective successors, heirs and asaigns.
