Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land. and fixtares attached thereto,
and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruiag and to accrue from seid premises, all of which are included
~ within the foregoing description and the habendum thareof; also all gas, steam, electric, aater, and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and poarer systems, machines, appliances, fix-
