the erroneous plat reference made to appear in deeds of conveyance for the ~

( Jason Smith as Guardian of the property of Frank J'ohn McKendrew, an incom-
~ petent, to George L. Tyler and Winifred A. Tyler, his wife, recorded in O. R.
~ Book 177, page 143, and the second of said deeds was from the last named j
;i parties to the grantees hereof recorded in O. RBook 177, page 145; and thereby~
