THIS DEED, Made and entered into this ~ day of May, .
1970, between EVELYN ANN NASKELL, as the duly qualified and act-
ing executrix of the Estate of Maynard M. Haskell, Deceased, parCy
of the First Part, and ROBERT J. HASKELL, as to an undivided
one-half interest; EVELYN ANN HASKELL, as to an undivided one-
sixth interest; FRANK ROBERT HASKELL, as to an undivided one- -
sixth interest, and AUDREY Z. HASKELL, as to an undivided one-
sixth interest, whose mailing address is 2006 South 31st Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, as Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH: Whereas, an Order has been entered by Honorable
Jack L. Rogers, Judge of the County Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, authorizing th~ Executrix of the Estate of
Maynard M. Haskell to execute an Executrix's Deed to Parties of
the Second Part, conveying the hereinafter described real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby
, acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has released, conveyed
