AFFIDAVIT

On this day, personally appeared before me, RUPERT JASEN SMITH,
who, being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he was the attorney in a case styled Insulmastic of
Florida, Inc. vs. Jack Harris, a/k/a John E. Harris, for Insulmastic
of Florida, Inc.
2. That he is also the attorney for O. V. McGrew, who was the
only remaining stockholder and director of Insulmastic of Florida,
Inc. ,
3. That he knows per~onally that O. V. McGrew was paid the ;
amount of Judgment and that he ~s attorney for the corporation,and
O. V. McGrew was directed to satisfy and discharge the judgment and
the lien thereof.
