the saJae manner as though they had never made this assignment. Any
default in any of the foregoing sha~l be at the option of the "sellers"
considered a default in all of the cQnditions, giving the "sellers"

the right to accellerate all sums owed.
That the "buyers" acquiesce, accept, assume and agree to the
provisions of all of the conditions of the contract assigned and in

addition thereto agree and covenaut with the "sellers" in this assign-
ment as follows :
That during the term of this agreement, all of the above
covenants and those assumed by assignment, shall be kept by the "buyers"
And in case of failure of the said ~~buyers" to make any of the
payments or any pa?rt thereof, or to perform a?ny of the covenants on thei
part hereby made and entered into, this assignment shall, at the option
of the "sellers" be forfeited and terminated, and the "buyers" shall for

shall be retained by the said "sellers" in full satisfaction and liquid
tion of all damages by them sustained, and the said "sellers" shall have the
right__to-re-enteY and take possession of the premises aforesaid without
being liable to any action therefor.

~ "sellers" w6ich consent will not be arbitrarily denied, provided convent oral
~ interest not less than 69b per annum is paid on unpaid balance.
E IT IS MUTUALLY AGREfiD, by and between the parties hereto, that
