interest at 6. 5°~o per annum from date will be paid in month~y installments ~
as follow s :
$6, 660. 00 on the lOth day of February, 1970, and a like
sum on the corresponding day of each month thereafter
until the whole sum named, with interest, be fully paid.
3. Except as alaove amended, all othex terms, conditions, covenants
and agreements in said Mortgage Consolidation, Modification and E~rtension
Agreement dated November 20, 196? shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement
to be executed in their respective corporate names as of the date first above
mentioned and the respective corporate seals to be affixed, by proper officers
respectively duly authorized so to do.
