NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Chancery on the 1 st day of
June, 1970, by CHARLES WALKER, plaintiff, against THE KINGSLEY
CORFORATION, defendant.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
The Southeast/4 and the East one-half of the Southwest/4
less the west 500 feet thereof in Section 7, Township
34 South, Range 40 East; and the Northeast/4; and the
East one-half of the Northwest/4 less the west 500
~ feet thereof, all being in Section 18, Township 34
~ South, Range 40 East, said lands situate, lying and
~ being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida.
The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure of a
mortgage encumbering the above described property and the decreeing of
a sale of the property under the direction of the Court in default of the pay-
ment of the amount found to be due the plaintiff under the mortgage, and for
other and further and general relief set forth in the complaint.
