AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF PINELLAS
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
AMELIA F. SAUNDERS GILDERSLEEVE, who, after being by me duly
sworn, deposes and says:
I
That by deed recorded in Book 218, Page 302, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, General Development Corp oration did ;
convey unto Fred L. Saunders and Amelia F. Saunders, the following
described real property lying in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida:
~,ots 20 and 21, Block 21, of Indian River Estates
Subdivision, Unit 6, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page 57,
the Publ~tc Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

That the said Fred L. Saunders and Amelia F. Saunders were
man and wife, having been married on June 29, 1926, in Plainfield, New
Jersey, and continuing thereafter as man and wife until the death of
Fred L. Saunders on November 24, 1956. `
III
The Fred L. Saunders referred to i.n said Deed is one and the
same as the Frederick L. Saunders referred to in his death certificate
recorded the same date as this Affidavit.
