Personally appeared before me CHARLES PASSANTINO who upon
first being dul~ sworn deposes and says:
1. That he is related by blood to both Jean Nash and Elizabeth
Tumolo.
2. That as a relative he has known Jean Nash and Elizabeth ~
Tumolo all of his life and is personal2y familiar with their marital histories. !
3. That of his own personai knowledge Jean Nash was, on April ~
1954, an unremarried divorcee.
' 4. That of his own personal knowledge Elizabeth Tumolo was, on
April 8, 1954, an unremarried widow.
5. That this sworn affidavit is made to rectify the erroneous

omission of the grantors' marital status in two warranty deeds of conveyance `
to the above described real property, which said deeds of conv~yance are ,
duly recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County at Deed Book 192,
pages 11 and 13, respectively.
