Together with all and singutar the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances.thereunto~belonging or in ~

vators, including passenger and other elevators, ve~etian blinds, refrigeratots, ranges, awnings and shutters. now
or hereafter located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery. appliances and apparatus nuw or
hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewa[ or replacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and ap-
purtenances originally installed on said premises, in connection with the completion thereof.or in addition there-
to, which may hereaRer be piaced 'upon the above described tand, which said ~xtures, machinery, appliances and ;
appurtenances the Nartgagor warrants shall be free from ar~y encumbranees, retention of title or other claims in
~ favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a first lien thereon.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said propetty hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or as-
~i, signed by the !1lortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple. f
~ And the ~brtgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has tull power and lawfui right to '
convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mottgagee at all times peaceably and +
quiedy to enter upon, hold. oec~py and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all • ncumbrances except as
may be herein described; that the Mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to
said land in the Mortgagee as may reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the titl~
to said land and will defend the same against the Iawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
