MORTGAGE PLAT JOINDER AGREEMENT

That CATHSRINB R. CARLISLE, LUTHER O. CARI,ISLE and ROHERT ;
R. CARLISLE, the owners and holders by assignment dated February ;
13, 1970, recorded April 30, 1970, in O. R. Book 184, page 855, •
of the Mortgage from GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION executed
the lOth day of April, A. D. 1968 anu recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in O. R. Book 171, page 1077, do hereby con-
sent and join in the dedication of the plat to be known as PORT
ST. LUCIE SUBDIVISION SECTION THIRTY-rTINE.
By the execution of this Joinder Agreement, all other terms
and conditions of the aforecited mortgage shall remain the same;
however, the mortgage shall be and by these presents is hereby
subordinat~ and subject to only the streets, thoroughfares and
drainage rights-of-way shown on the plat or plats.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Mortgagees have hereunto set their
hands and seals, this lSth day of May, 19?0.
