3. Laws and Re ulations. Use of the premises shall
be subject to

and the rules and regulations of the National Board of Fire_ ;
Undexwriters or their auccessor in interest and/or rules es- i
tablished by Lessor. All uses shall likewise comply with the ;
requirements of all policies of insurance in force with respect ~

4. Prohibited Uses. The following uses are prohibited: ~
(a) Reli ious Activities. Religious services, ~
rites or ~xercises o a enom na ona or sectarian nature ~
usually or generally carried on in a church, synagogue, home,
or other place of worship. Nothing herein shall be construed !
to prohibit an individual aet of devotion such as an invocation.
(b) Preferential Use. Al1 uses desiqned, calcul- ;
ated, intended or e y o r~ai: t in the deprivation of any ~ ~
Lessee of the demised premises, including this Lessee, of an ~
opportunity equal to that of any other Lessee to use, occupy, ~
and enjoy the same except to the extent that the use, occupancy ~
and enjoyment of one Lessee may be greater than another's by ~
reason of the greater number of unit or lot owners or other ~
permitted users of one Lessee as compared to another. ~

5. Persons Who~

(a) Unit Owners. Any natural person who is the
owner of a condominiwa uni~ in The Condominium, whieh owner is
sometimes hereinafter called "Unit Owner", hi$ spouse and other .
members of his im~aediate family ait the condominium unit,may use
and enjoy the demised premisea subject~ however to:rules and.re-
, gulations promulgated by Lessor. -

~ (b) Occu ants. An "occupant" is defined as any

~ and has possession of, the condominium unit, which is owned by ~
~ a persori described in 4.5(a} or by a corporation or by Lessor. ~
i An occupant, his spouse, at the condominium unit and other mem- ;
~ bers of his immediate family may use and enjoy the demised pre- 5
~ mises. During the term of any occupant's right of possession ~
in a condominium unit, either the unit owner described in 4.5(a) ;
or the occupant described in 4.5(b) and in each case the person ~
herein described claiminq under them, may use and enjoy the - ~
demised premises. At the sole discretion of the Lessor, guests i~ ~
may be allowed at certain time in certain areas of the demised ~ '
premises. ~ ' i

(c) Other Persons, Generall . Such other persons, j ~
not described in 4. a or upon w om all of the Lessees ~ #
of the demised premi.ses may unanimously agree, subject to the :
approval of the-Developer un~il the Developer's right shall have t ~
