~vided the party so appointing ar~ agent shall give notice thereof ;

~to the other. Such notice sha11 set forth the name and address i
~~of such aqent and sha~ll set forth limitations, if any upon the ;
~~agent's authority. The party so receiving such notice shall be ~
entitled to rely upon the fact that such aqent has all auth- ~ ~
~ority to act for and in behalf of his principal except as spec-- i
~ifically limited by such notice of appointment. A party dealing ~
~Iwith such agent shall not be required to inqufre as to.the auth- !
ilority of the agent to act in any matter not specifically pro-
~hibited in the notice of appointment as to the continuation of
. isuch aqency, or as to whether such agent has or is acting in ~
{accordance with his aqreement of agency with such party. In
ithe event notices are required.to be furnished to a party by
reason of the provisions of this lease the same may be mailed
and addressed to the agent and/or the party who is its principal.
The authority of such~aqent to act for and in behalf of the party ~
lappointing it ahall terminate with regard to the other party only I
lupon receipt of notice furnished to such party specifically ter- ~
- ~~minating such agency. ~ . ;

~ 25. Severabilit . The invalidity in whole or in part ;
`of any covenan , promise or undertaking or any section, sub-
~section, sentence, clause, phrase or word,-or of any provision E
~ Eiof thxs lease or the Exhibits attached hereto, shall not affect
~ ~lthe validity of the remaining. portions thereof.

.26. Parties. The term "Lessor" and "Lessee" as used ~
i;in this~lease s~iarfinclu~e the singular thereof, and the use ; ;
;(of any gender shall include all genders, wherever the same ;
~;shall be appropriate.

27. Definitions. All references herein to Declaration '
~;and/or Declaration o Condominium are referred to that certain
; '!Declaration of Condon~nium of Windmill Village By the Sea as '
' !~recorded in Official Record Book 182 pages 40 - 91, of the Public
~~Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The definitions contained
~'in the Florida Condominium Act relative to terms applicable to
~:condominiums be and are hereby adopted as definitions of such
~;terms so ~used in this lease .
