THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this 16th day of February,
1970, by ELLA CAYNON, a single adult, PARRIELEE KEITT, a single
adult, TUZIE NELL GILLIAM, a single adu1C, first parties, to
TILI.IE BOAZWRIGHT, whose mailing address is 501 North 13th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida , second party;
WITNESSETH; That the.said first parties, for and in con- `
sideration of the sum of $1.00 in hand paid by the said second
party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
first parties have in and to the follawing described lot, piece or
parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, to-wit: .
