-fore me, an officer duly authorized to administer oaths and

take acknowledgments, JULIAN L. BRANNAN and L10RIS A. BRANNAN,
his wife, who, after'being sworn, depose and say:
1. That they are the owners of the property described
on the attached sheet.
2. That there are no mechanics' liens against the prem-
ises, and no claims for labe~r, services or materials furnished .
for improving the premises that remain unpaid to date, and that
no work has been done nor materials furnished, bills for which
remain unpaid. ~
3. That there are no outstanding leases on this prop-
~ erty.
4. That the property is unencumbered by the lien of
any judgment, writ or attachment, income tax or intangible ~
• property tax made or suffered by the affiants.
5. That there are no violations of zoning ordinances -
i affecting the above-described property; that affiants are in -
~ possession of the property. ~
6. That a~ffiants make this affidavit well knowing that
it is being relied upon and that any false statement contained ~

in it would subject affiants to all penalties imposed by law. ~
That this affidavit is made as an inducement for ANDREW 4
