1964 and.recorded in 0. R. Book 168 page 2124 and 2125 on October 16, 1967,
~rhich instrument constitutes and appoints NAFIE HARGATE as attorney-in-Yact for
WILLIAM HBNRY HARGATE, grantor in the deed dated August 26, i969 wherein said

35 South, Range k0 East to FRAPKLIN L. ELGIA and WANDA ELGIP, his ~rife.
2. That on the last above said date WILLIAM HENRY HARGATE iras of ~

strument he Was executing, in fact, it xas his purpose snd desire that the in-
strument and others executed on the same day, Was a part of the Agreement made
Qn September 28, 1964 as above said and the said WILLIAM HENRY HARGATS Was on ti
all of the above said dates of sound and disposing mind and the said Pover of
Attorney Was unrevoked snd of Y.1n11 force and effect.
