W I T N E S S E T H: Whereas, by lease entered into the lst day of AugLtst, 1958, the lessor leased to the lessee certain premises located at 1150 Fourth Street, the City of Fort Pierce, County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida, (hereinafter called the leased . premises}, and Whereas, a Short Lease, dated August 21, 1958, describing . the leased premises was recorded on the 5th day of September, 195$, in the Office of Clerk of Circuit Court for Saint Lucie ~ County, Florida, in Deed Book 240, Pa.ge 39~4, and ~ Whereas, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend the description of the leased premises to exclude therefrom that . portion of the leased premises described on Schedule "A" annexed , hereto which was conveyed by Tremarc~ Corporation to Albert Merkle and wife, Cleora H. Merkle, by Special Warranty Deed dated ~ the fy,,~ day of 2~ ,1970 . NOW, THEREFORE, th parties hereto a.gree as follows: 1.
