2. The lessee agrees that it shall remain obligated
under the terms of the said lease and the said Short Lease
to the same extent as if such conveyance had not been made.
3. Except as herein amended, said Lease Agreement dated `
August 1, 1958 and said Short Lease dated August 21, 1958, shall
