QtJIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed the /,7.~ day of June, 1970,
by M. A. WALLY and ADA WALLY, his wife, first party, to NORTON TIRE
CO., INC., a Flarida corporation, whose post office address is:
P. O. Box 762, B. A., Miami, F~orida 33152~ second party:

"second party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of in-
dividuals, and the successors and assigns of cor-

WITNESSETH: That the said first party, for and in considera-
~ tion of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the said second party,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, re- ~
lease and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the _
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party
