KNOW ALL MEN BY THSSE PRESSNTS:
That WONDffi, WALKER and NANCY ANN WALKER, his wife, parties
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid
~ by ROBERT WALKER and LEUVSNIA A. WALKSR, his wife, 3259 Naylor
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the second.part, do
hereby sell, assign and transfer to said parties of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, a certain Agreement for
Deed c3ated November 16, 1963 and recorded in Official Record
Book 75 at page 205, upon the following described land in St.
Lucie County, to-wit:
- The South 50.feet of East 165 feet of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 20, Township 35 South,~Range 40
East, subject to rights of way for public -
