IN RE: Adam's Su2adivision, according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 14, at page 57, of the public records of St. Lucie ~
County, F lorida. .
Before me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to administer

oaths and take ~clrnowledgments, personally appeared this date A. G. ;
WEATHERING'PON who, after being by me first duly sworn, did depose and
say: ~
That he is a Registered Land Surveyor duly licensed by the State of
Florida and holder of Certificate No. 1859. That he is one and the same

person as the A. G. WEATHERINGTON who, on May 15, 1969, executed a
Certificate of Approval of Surveyor appended to and forming a part of the
subdivision plat of Adam's Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 14, at page 57,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. That he furthermore

actually surveyed the lands forming said subdivision and that h~ personally '
prepared the legal description set forth in said subdivision plat. That he
has now had occasion to re-examine the said legal. description set forth and
i ~
t contained in saic~ subdivision plat of Adam's Subdivision, and has discovered
~ that the legal description therein contained is erroneous in that reference is
made therein to the Southwest 4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, wher. in fact such reference should have been to the Northwest 4 of

said Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East. That the correct le~al . '

description af the lands forming Adam's Subdivision, recorded as aforesaid, j

Beginning at the SE corner of N~ of the NW 4 of Section
9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run N 1° 58'36"
West along the centerline of North 17th Street to a
point that is 758 feet South of the NE corner of NW 4 of ;
Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, thence ~
N 88° 57' 16' West 333. 5 feet; thence S 1 38' 16" to a ~ ;
point that bears North 89° 15'36" West and 33? feet dis- :

89° 15' 36" East 337 feet to the point of beginning. Less ~
and excepting therefrom the East 25 feet and the West ~
