ADi~IINISTRATOR' S DEED
TBIS INDENTURE made and entered into on the 5th day of June, 1970,
by and between the ST. LUCIS COUNTY BANK, a Florida banking institution,
as Administrator DBN CTA of the estate o£ CLAUDE A. HUGGINS, First
Party, and FRANIt$E LOU SMILEY, 1 SOt North 37th Street, For~ Fierce;~pria,~
.and A. C. GANNON and LOIS GANNON, his wife, 1901 NorEh 3Tth Street, Fort
Pisrce, Florida , Second Parties,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the First Party did petition the County Judge of St. Lucie
County, Florida, that Court having juxisdiction over the Estate of
CLAUDE A. HUGGINS, for authority to sell the property to the Second
Parties; and '
WHER$AS, the County Judge did on the 20th day of May, 1970, enter
an Order authoriz~nq the sale of the property to the Second Parties, .
as amended by an Order entered on May 22, 1970,
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of .
which is acknowledged by the First Party, The First Party_as Administrator
DBN CTA of the Estate of CLAUDE A. HUGGINS does grant, bargain, sell

together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances.belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO SpLD to the Second Parties, the~r heirs and assigns,
with every right, title and interest of which the First Party is aow
seized and possessed, as fully and completely as the First Party, as .
Aciministrator DBN CTA, could or should convey the property under and
pursuant to the orders of the above-mentioned Court and the applicable
