The 8t. Lucfe County 8roaiszn District, in accepting
thi• easamant, covenants and agreee to comply with and
abide by the provisione end conditions herein and assumes
all responaibility and liability and agreea to save the
State of Florida Board of Truetees of the =nternal Improve-
ment Trust Fund harmleas from all claims of damage arising
out of this easement.
In the event the land herein described shall cease to
be used for beach nourishment purposes by the St. Lucie
County $roafon District then the easement hereby granted
covering eaid land ahall revert- to the STATE OF FIARID~A
