Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurierianoe! 1no~lv.a~ hereafter erected there-
on or ~laced therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixture~~br•arficles, .whetber in singl~ units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, (ight, power, ~'e~rigeration, ~entiliation ar
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furniahing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including saeens, window ahades, storm doors end windowa, floor
coverings, sueen doors, awnings, stoves and wate~ heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and aiw together with
all easements and the rents, iuues and profits of aaid premises which are hereby ptedged, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafier to become due aa provided in the
Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the righta of all mort- -
gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of ihe loan hereby secured.
