and provisions of said Mortgage in order thst it map set forth the true, complete
and intended agreement between the partiesz

, The first moathly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day of
April 1, 1970 and the final monthly~syment ia showa to be due on or before the
first day of I~Iarch 1990 , the Mortgagors and Martgagee are desirous of amend-
i~ng the first payment due date fo July 1, 1970 - and amendiag the final payment
