corporation, hereinafter called mortgagee, and MILFORD S. PU3tEEL
and IDA COPLAN PURCEL, his wife, hereinafter called the mortgagors.
WITNESSETH: ~
~ WHEREAS, the mortgagors and mortgagee have heretofore en-
tered into a collateral real esta.te mortgage deed dated April 29, 1970, ~
covering certain parcels of land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more particularly described as follows: ~

Beginning at a pipe marking the southeast corner of
lands of Eva L. Whiteman, as described in Deed Book
235, page 404, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public
Records, run northwesterly along the east line of said ~ -
Whibeman lands ?9. 09 feet to the north edge- of existing
concrete walk; thence westerly along the north edge of
said concrete walk 5. 3 feet; thence southerly along the
west edge of said concrete walk 41 feet to the southwest
corner thereof; thence southeasterly parallel to the ~
