Before me, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
Jonas J. Brotman and Claire ~rotman who, upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say: -
1. That they were stockholders in Florida Homesites, Inc. , a ~
New York corporation. . .
2. That said corporation was dissolved pursuant to Certificate of ~
Dissolution, dated September 18, 1950, recorded in Incorporation Record Book 5,
page 513, public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That they are the sole surviving memhers of the last Board of
Directors for said dissolved corporation and therefore constitute all of the members
of the board- of trustees for said dissolved New York corporation.
