8efore me, the undersigned authority, authorized to adminis-
ter oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared HATTIE
RIDBERTS, who, after first being duly awarn, deposes and says:
~ That ahe has seen the original of that certain Quit~Claim
Deed dated July 20, 1959, aetting out the following desc=ibed
property: . - .
Lot ~1, Block ''E", BEN HOGGS' SUBAIVISION, according _
to a plat thereof on record in the Courthouse of St.
Lucie County, Florida, ~
and signed at the bottom of the right hand of the face of said
Deed by "J~. W. DICKSON, REBA DICKSON and HATTIE ROBERTS", said
De~d being recorded in Deed Book 250, at pages 148-149, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that Affiant did not
~ affix her name, sign her name or autho=ise her namQ to be signed
to said instrum~nt, and that the signature "HATTIE ROBERTS" appear
ing on said Quit Claim Deed is not the signature of the Affiant,

~ and if the same purports to be so, is a forgery of Affiant's signa
ture.
Further Affiant saith not.
