230 feet, thence run North parallel with the
West line of said lot 68, 285 feet to the point
. of beginning; thence continue North 6 feet, thence .
run Bast parallel with the South line of said
lot 68,67 feet more or less to the West right
of way for South Third Street, thence run South
6 feet, thence run Weat 67 feet more or less to
the point of beginning.
