sure the free passaqe over said eaBement of vehicular and
other traffic.
Grantors fu~ther qrant~to G~antee, its successora and -
assigns, the right to maintain the aforementioned lines for -
utilities, and, should it be necessary for any improvements
placed by Grantora, their heirs or assigns, such as pavement
over the surface of the~easements, to be removed for main-
tenance or installation of new lines within the easements,
Grantee agrees to replace any improvements so disturbed
