and all the estate, right, title, intere$t, claim and demand whatso-
ever, which the said cLecedent had at the time of h3s death to the
grantee, his heirs and assi~ns forever.
Tl~e grantor represents and warrants that she has good right and
lawful authority to execute this deed and that she Tceeeived authority
to exeeute same by virtue of an order entered in the County Judge's
- 'Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida on the ~day of April, ~
1970.
