THIS AGREBMEN'~ made and entered into thie y at
~une, 19ri~0 by and between EDIN~JND M. RADKE and DORLS M. RADKB,
hia wife hereinafter called the parties o# the firat part and DONALD D.
RAY and NANCY E. RAY, -fiis wife, whose mailing address ie: 1701 -
Linwoad Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, ~ hereinafter called the parties
of the eecand part,

That if the said parties of the second part ahall Hrst -
make the payments and perform the covenarns hereinafter menrioned -
on their part . to be made and performed, the eaid parties of the firet
part hereby- covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said par-
ties of the second part, and their heirs, executors, administrators, or
assigna, in !ee simple, by a good . and sufficiern deed, the following
described property, together with all improvements thereon lying, .
being and situate in St. Lucie Courny, Florida, t0-wit:

The first such monthly. inatallment shall be -

quent payments shall be due on the same day

applied first to interest and then to the unpaid
